**Participant Agreement**

Terms and conditions set forth by OcYM Basketball Academy for participation in the OcYM Basketball Global Showcase event to be held in Atlanta.

1. **Non-Refundable Fee**: I understand that the fee paid for participation in the OcYM Basketball Global Showcase is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. **Assumption of Risk**: I understand that participation in athletic activities, including basketball, carries inherent risks of injury. I acknowledge that OcYM Basketball Academy and its affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during my participation in the event.

3. **Medical Responsibility**: I agree to be solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of injuries or illnesses sustained during the OcYM Basketball Global Showcase event. I understand that I am solely responsible for obtaining adequate medical insurance coverage to cover any potential medical costs.

4. **Compliance with Rules**: I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by OcYM Basketball Academy and event staff during the course of the OcYM Basketball Global Showcase event.

5. **Media Release**: I grant OcYM Basketball Academy and its affiliates the right to use my name, likeness, and image in promotional materials related to the OcYM Basketball Global Showcase event, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood all of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, and I voluntarily agree to comply with them in consideration of being allowed to participate in the OcYM Basketball Global Showcase event.

This agreement serves as a legal document outlining the terms and conditions of participation in the showcase event.
